Refund policy

We accept returns on most OC Rug Liquidators products within 7 days of delivery to the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. All the product(s) must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered. All returns will have a return shipping fee deducted from them. If an item from a buy-one-get-one promotion is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the non-promotional pricing of the remaining item.

We are unable to accept or process returns for the following; 

• • Items marked as final sale
  • Product not returned in its original condition
  • Purchases delivered to outside of the United State of America

• Return shipping fees are covered by the customer and calculated before completing your return
• Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed for a refund or store credit.
• If being refunded back to your original form of payment, please allow your bank or credit card provider 5-7 business days to reflect the refund on your statement. 
• Please note that items included with your return, but not part of the return authorization, will not be processed and will create delays in receiving refunds for those items.
• We are not able to assist with return items lost in transit that are not part of the return authorization or sent separately from the authorized return label.
